Initial Consultation
One of our experienced designers visits your home, listens to what you want to achieve and assesses what may be possible for your property.

Design and pre-construction
We develop your design and coordinate the documentation, engineering, required approvals and building permit in preparation for construction.

Construction
Your project manager coordinates the build, manages the trades and keeps you informed as your extension takes shape.

Handover and aftercare
Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough and formally hand over your newly extended home. Our support continues after handover, with our team available to assist if any maintenance items arise.

Extensions Unlimited was founded in 1994 by Richard McCoid and Stephen Linkin. Richard and Stephen remain hands-on with the business today, helping Melbourne families plan and build home extensions that suit their needs.
Our vision is to deliver cost-effective and highly efficient home extension and renovation building services for property owners in Melbourne and surrounding areas. We aim to be completely transparent in our communications, so when we tell you the cost, that is what you will pay — no hidden charges are added to the cost unless we discuss it with you first.
