"We thank everyone involved in making our living in the house during this project achievable and not a horrible experience. We acknowledge that having us on site would have given rise to extra complexities. Everyone was patient and considerate."
OUR PROJECT MANAGER! – Scott and I truly thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his excellent project management. Having both been project managers we see what an excellent "asset" Extensions Unlimited has with him. The project ran smoothly, there was excellent communication, he always delivered and where it was beyond his control he was open and timely in his communication.
He is excellent in managing expectations and reaching a 'win, win' outcome at all times – this is a credit to him. His knowledge of the building industry and his inter personal skills with all parties albeit clients or trades and even clients children are excellent. We think that whatever your paying him you should double it so you don't lose him!!!
The "trades" that were involved in our project were in the main excellent. The plumbers were amazing. Very polite and considerate and given how disruptive it can be they were brilliant. Also trades were very conscientious and always turned up when they said they would and worked long days to maintain the project milestones. The concreter that did the driveway "BRILLIANT". The bricklayer's work quality was fantastic. Once again can't overstate enough how fantastic their consideration of us was especially since we were living there.
Delivered "ONTIME" fantastic effort!! In fact delivery "EARLY". Again thanks to our project manager
His timely capture and handling of variations was excellent.
Site cleanliness and site accessibility was excellent. Being able to get double pram out at all times would have been no mean feat to achieve.
The integration of client supplied materials was excellent. At all times there was co-operation from everyone to facilitate incorporation of 'non standards into project.'
The fact there was very few delays in trades turning up to commence job and that there was not very much 'dead' time is again a credit to the project managers scheduling and trades he used.
We thank everyone involved in making our living in the house during this project achievable and not a horrible experience. We acknowledge that having us on site would have given rise to extra complexities. Everyone was patient and considerate.
