Design Service:

Extensions Unlimited provides a free extension design service. Our background ensures we provide a design solution that balances sound construction, good taste and a fair price. Your extension will be designed to enhance and compliment your home. Above all, we listen. It's your home... tell us what you want to achieve.

Working Drawings:

Extensions Unlimited provide working drawings produced by our registered practitioners. Quotations are also available for clients who supply their own working drawings.

Permits & Engineering:

The Company will arrange for all building permits and liaise with all local government bodies as required. This service can include detailed soil reports, engineered working drawings (as required) and computations. All asset protection fees are paid as required by local government.

Contracts:

HIC-4 Master Builder Home Improvement contracts are used. All projects have fixed price and a guaranteed start and completion date. All clients are protected by the required insurances and are issued with a warranty insurance certificate.

Construction:

All trades have completed an occupational health and safety course (Red Card) and are trained under the company’s code of conduct policy.

The works are periodically inspected by independent surveyors who will issue reports during the progress of  the works and a final certificate upon completion.

Electricians are A-Grade, certified and provide a certificate of electrical safety guaranteeing their work.

Company project managers are qualified to carry out electrical lead tagging on all power tools on site.

Plumbers are fully certified and licensed to carry out all sanitary, water, advanced gas, roofing, and storm-water/drainage works and provide a guarantee of works from the plumbing industry commission.

Major scaffolding is erected by qualified riggers.

Company tarpaulins are owned and maintained or hired as required.
