Richard McCoid and Stephen Linkin commenced Extensions Unlimited in 1994.
Prior to forming Extensions Unlimited both Richard and Stephen worked in management roles for Australia’s premier specialist home extension builder. Stephen (originally with a carpentry background) worked in project costing and contract management, and Richard (degree qualified), in project management.
Their vision was to provide a streamlined, cost-effective design & construct service run on the disciplined systems employed by major companies, combined with the care and ability to evolve that can only be achieved through being ‘hands-on’ in the business. To create a business that respected its clients, suppliers and staff; a business that employed ‘best practice’, with clients happy to recommend us for what we do.
Today, the business has grown into a fully resourced, specialized design and construct business, with Design Consultants passionate about their collaboration with our Clients, and a team of experienced, enthusiastic Project Managers supported by a supply chain that lets them build quickly and efficiently.
